Great place to relax close to the center. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money.

Great location peaceful and quiet yet only 2 minutes from the center. Spacious room and bathroom, great breakfast choice and very helpful host. Would most definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant family atmosphere

Very pleasant family atmosphere, no problem with accommodation even though I arrived after midnight. Breakfasts were simply delicious, well-equipped and large room. Great location - close to restaurants, shops. Despite the proximity to the center - peace and quiet. The only thing I can complain about is the lack of air conditioning, but I knew about it in advance, I still booked a room with a fan.

A small minus for the presence of ants and sometimes lizards in the room - leaky entrance doors.

Great location - can easily walk into town. The outside balcony is perfect for breakfast and has a nice view, feels very private. Air con works well and the bed is comfortable. Everyone who works there is really friendly and helpful.

Comfort above all

My stay at Ayu Homestay has been exceptional, so much so that I've extended my time here. There are many great things about this place—the breakfast (I highly recommend the banana pancakes), the hostel's location, the tranquility of the area despite being in the heart of Ubud... But the best part of it all is Rista and her family, who welcome you from the very beginning and assist you with everything. If you have any questions or problems, you can ask them, and they'll do everything possible to clear up your doubts. I still don't know for how long I'm going to be in Ubud, but I'm certain that the time I spend in Ubud, I want to spend it here if possible. For the price of the stay, you can't ask for more.

Great authentic guesthouse with lovely staff and amazing breakfast and activities to book.

Breakfast was amazing and all the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Not the hotels fault but a lot of bugs and ants got into the room.

I had a wonderful time at Ayu Homestay, my hosts couldn’t do enough to help, they were always available with suggestions or to answer any questions. I am so glad to have been able to spend time here and to get to know them. The homestay is really well located for central Ubud and close to the art markets. It was comfortable and felt homey, I will definitely be coming back!

Great and we came back a couple of days later.

It’s a real homestay. Balinees house setting with some houses turned in 2 separate rooms with nice toen terrace. Quiet but really downtown. Around green trees. Freiendly owners.

We liked pretty much everything. A cosy room and beautiful bathroom, location, the host. Would deffinitely recommend. Very good value for money.

A few ants in the room, when we came to the room sheets were a bit wet / moist but It didn’t bother us cause everything else was great.

Wonderful

Lovely Balinese style property! The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed having some outside seating to eat our breakfast on. The staff were very Iovely and happy to help us book tours and store luggage when we needed it. We also really loved the complementary breakfast and how friendly the staff/ family were.

The bathrooms are a little outdated but work just fine! It is a very comfortable stay

The location is superb. Even tho it’s in the center, it’s in a very quiet place. The family who rubs the business is amaizing, don’t even think of getting deals/tours from anyone else, they have one of the best prices and they are very helpfull.

being off a main road and down a deadend laneway it was so quiet the staff were soooooo nice. great value for the price . hot water with great pressure....made for a good shower.
